Technology services
The practical work, kept in one place.
Omonix began by looking after websites, domains, hosting and social media for small businesses, and a number of long-standing clients still rely on us for it. It is not what the practice leads with any more, so it lives here rather than on the homepage, but it is still done properly, and it is still available.
In most cases this sits alongside an advisory engagement rather than replacing one. If you are looking purely for a helpdesk or break-fix IT provider, we are not the right fit and will happily say so.
What is covered
Six practical services.
Websites and landing pages
Design and build of marketing sites, plus taking over sites someone else built and left undocumented. Static-first and fast, with a stack your team can actually edit.
Domains and DNS
Domain registration, transfers and renewals, and getting DNS into a state where nobody is afraid to change a record. Includes SPF, DKIM and DMARC, which is where most email delivery problems actually live.
Hosting and email
Managed hosting, business email, backups and TLS certificates. Consolidating the scattered accounts most businesses accumulate, usually in three different people’s names.
Social media support
Account setup, access hygiene and scheduling support. We are not a content agency: this is the operational side, including getting admin rights back from a former contractor.
Day-to-day IT coordination
Device and licence management, onboarding and offboarding, and acting as the technical counterparty to your IT provider. Not a helpdesk, the layer above one.
Systems tidy-up
Consolidating overlapping tools, cancelling what nobody uses, and documenting what remains so knowledge is not held by one person.
Where this leads
Most of these are symptoms.
A domain nobody can find the login for, five overlapping subscriptions and a site only one former contractor understood are rarely isolated problems. They are what happens when no one senior owns technology. If that sounds familiar, the advisory side is the more useful conversation.
