"Omonix", "we" and "us" refer to two related entities, each acting as an independent data controller for the clients and enquiries it handles:

Which entity is responsible for your information depends on which contracted with you or received your enquiry. If you are unsure, write to and we will confirm.

The information on this site is general

Until then, either of us can walk away, and information you send us is held under our Privacy Policy but not under an engagement.

Intellectual property

The content of this site (text, layout, design, code, graphics and the Omonix name and marks) belongs to us or is used with permission. Acceptable use

If you are a consumer in Australia, nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

Where your dealings are with Omonix Ltd, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Where your dealings are with Union Roth Capital PTY LTD trading as Omonix, these terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the courts of Western Australia have exclusive jurisdiction.
