Enterprise Readiness

Stop losing enterprise deals in procurement.

The deal is agreed, the price is agreed, and then a security questionnaire, a vendor risk assessment and a procurement portal arrive, and everything stops for eleven weeks. Enterprise readiness is the work of being the supplier that clears those gates quickly.

Recognise any of this

Signals this is your problem.

  • 01

A signed-in-principle deal has stalled in vendor onboarding or InfoSec review.

  • 02

A 250-line security questionnaire has arrived and the answers are being invented by whoever is free.

  • 03

You are asked for a DPA, sub-processor list, penetration test summary or SOC report and do not have them.

  • 04

You answer the same questionnaire from scratch every time, differently each time.

  • 05

Procurement asks for evidence of controls you believe you have but cannot demonstrate.

  • 06

You are bidding for public sector or regulated work and the compliance annexes are the reason you do not bid.

The work

What the engagement actually involves.

01

Evidence pack

One maintained set of the artefacts enterprise buyers ask for: architecture and data-flow summary, security overview, sub-processor list, business continuity and backup position, insurance certificates, and your policy set. Assembled once, reused on every deal.

02

Questionnaire response library

A reviewed, consistent answer bank covering the questions that recur across CAIQ, SIG-style and bespoke enterprise questionnaires. Answers are accurate and defensible, where a control is not in place we say so and pair it with a dated remediation commitment, because a discovered overstatement costs the deal.

03

Gap closure before submission

Where a questionnaire will expose a genuine gap, we prioritise the small number of fixes that unlock the deal (usually access control, logging, backup testing and a documented response plan) and get them done and evidenced.

04

Contract and DPA support

Review of the security and data-protection schedules you are being asked to sign: what you are actually committing to on breach notification, audit rights, data location and sub-processors, and where those terms are unrealistic for a business your size.

05

Assessment support

We sit on the calls. Vendor risk assessors, client security teams and procurement all prefer talking to someone who answers precisely and does not oversell, and the call ends faster.

Deliverables

What you are left holding.

Documents you own, in formats you can hand to a board, an insurer, an auditor or your next hire, not slides that expire when the engagement does.

  • 01Reusable enterprise evidence pack, version-controlled and dated
  • 02Reviewed questionnaire answer library with owners for each control area
  • 03Prioritised gap-closure plan targeting the blockers that actually hold up deals
  • 04Reviewed DPA, sub-processor register and security schedule positions
  • 05Direct support on client security, procurement and vendor-risk calls

Straight answers

Questions we get asked.

Can you just fill in the questionnaire for us?

We draft it, and we verify the answers with the people who operate the controls before it is submitted. What we will not do is assert a control you do not have. Buyers re-test answers during onboarding and audit, and a caught overstatement loses the account outright, an honest "not yet, here is the date" is far more survivable.

Do we need ISO 27001 to sell to enterprise?

Sometimes it is a hard requirement, often it is not, many buyers accept demonstrable controls plus a credible roadmap. We will tell you which camp a specific deal falls into before you spend on a certification programme you may not need yet.

How quickly can this move?

An evidence pack and answer library for a small business typically takes two to four weeks. If a live deal is already blocked we work to that deal first and build the reusable version around it.
